Interview with Media

Final Reminder! All Associates are not allowed to entertain any media on all real estate matters. Disciplinary actions will be taken against those non-compliance. All media are to be referred to Ms Peggy Ngaim/Mr Loke TC on all project matters and Mr Michael Peh on any other matters.

Agent Income Statement For Year 2009

The annual Income Statement for all agents as listed in the attached are ready for collection. Please collect personally from the office during office hours as collection on behalf is strictly not allowed.

Professional Indemnity Insurance for Agent

With immediate effect, it shall be mandatory for all Huttons agents to have a valid indemnity insurance. Refer to attached on the detailed policy. Besides the company, we had purchased a comprehensive package to cover all Huttons agents at a cost of $60/agent/year for a limit of $200k/agent/year with excess of $5k/claim. Coverage period is from 28/10 -27/10 annually and premium paid is non-refundable. All Associates are requested to pay the $60 premium to the office by 30 Nov 09, else your Associate Agreement may be terminated.

Dress Code (Showflat/Office)

All Associates are reminded to be properly attired at all times. Showflat: For men, min long sleeves w/tie & Htns lanyard/ID card. Black jacket may be required at some showflat. Office: For AGDs & above (men), min long sleeves and smart casual (shirt w/collar & tucked in) for the rest. STRICTLY no slipper/sandal or shorts. Ladies: Dress code must be equivalent to man at showflat/office. Dress must be w/collar or jacket. Those not properly attired will be denied entry or collection of document/cheque. Door access will also be terminated.

Huttons Policies, Rules & Regulations

The key policies, rules & regulations are available at #02-01. A copy of Huttons Policy & Operational Manual is also available for reading ONLY on request. Non-compliance will be disciplinary dealt with. Project ICs are also empowered to bar Associates from doing any transaction in the project for ONE week if they do not comply with the project policies, including those specific to the project. Non-compliance with vast implications will be referred to the management, and affected Associate may be terminated.

Higher Advertisement Subsidy

Huttons Monthly Top 20 Free Advert will be on 01/05/2009 under D9-10 agents r encourage to ride on the exposure with Huttons logo subsidise at $7.

Higher Advertisement Subsidy

The monthly Huttons Top producer’s advertisement will be posted in the ST classified ads (D9 to D10) on 28 March 2009. Agents are encouraged to ride on the exposure for higher logo claim of $7/ads with Huttons logo posted on the same day.
