TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
 

To succeed in our Corporate Goal of “Towards Excellence”, we incorporate Comprehensive Training Programmes to upgrade our Associates with high standard of Professionalism & Selling Skills.


Inexperienced Associates or newly joined Associates, who have not attended any systematic training programme, are required to complete our In-House Training Programmes on:


1. Our 9 modules of total 48 hours ‘BRET’ Basic Real Estate Training

2. Our two day ‘BPMT’ Basic Project Marketing Training


Professional Upgrading Training Programmes:

  • Two full-days advanced Project Marketing Training ‘EMPP’ Effective Marketing of Primary Properties and Mastering The Art of Project Marketing. This training programme is conducted by well-known Professional Trainer in Real Estate Industry. A professional real estate institution and many of the major property developers in Singapore have also endorsed such training programme.
  • Other advanced training programme such as ‘The Science of Becoming Rich in the Real Estate Business’; ‘Real Estate Action Program’ etc are also regularly organized to enhance the professionalism of our Associates. Both new and experienced Associates will benefit from cutting-edge techniques that will help them become Top Producers when applied diligently to their sales of both primary and secondary market.
  • Leadership Skills Development Workshops are also conducted by Professional Training Consultants. All levels of Leaders will learn the skills and techniques to lead and manage their teams for better performance and cohesiveness of the team.
  • Presenting Yourself with Presence and POISE’, this workshop is to groom our Associates to present themselves and look more professional on their appearance and behaviour.

In-house professional upgrading training programmes:

  • Professional Upgrading Workshops conducted regularly by Messrs K. K. Yap & Partners on Real Estate sales and leasing transactions (including Developers’ Project sales, Private Properties Sales & Leasing; Sales of Commercial Properties and HDB Resale transactions). The workshops will equip our Associates with the necessary knowledge and professionalism and most importantly, to prevent / avoid making mistakes.
