Corporate Social Responsibility

Huttons Group is committed to advocate a culture of giving for good causes and drive meaningful transformation for different communities, and the planet. To every home with you, from generations to generations.
In August 2022, Huttons pledged to raise up to $150,000 towards Singapore’s OneMillionTrees movement under NParks. The funds raised for the Garden City Fund’s Plant-A-Tree programme will support the transformation of Singapore into a city in nature. This morning in conjunction with World Environment Day, it is our great honour to have Mr Tan Kiat How, Senior Minister of State for National Development & Communications and Information, join us in a tree planting session at Pasir Ris Park with Huttons management, associates and family members. We will continue to contribute to the transformation of our garden city. Stay tuned for more community activities with Huttons!
Huttons Sustainability Challenge is set to advocate the culture of sustainability and involve the youths in supporting the Singapore Green Plan. Students from local Junior Colleges, Polytechnics and ITE Colleges are invited to submit their ideas for sustainability on TikTok. Cash prizes will be presented to the top 3 most innovative groups
Huttons organises monthly charity drives, bringing Huttons senior leaders, management team and family members together to support the community. Back in November 2022, we gathered at Ren Ci Hospital to support their annual Charity Food Fiesta!

We visited over 300 booths that sold vegetarian food, home essentials, art & crafts, apparel and more using recyclable materials. Every dollar raised at the event will help their Community Hospital deliver better patient care and support.
Huttons Innovation Challenge, an industry-first initiative was launched in April 2022 which saw enthusiastic participation and quality submissions from the youths for the transformation of real estate. Participants explored topics such as the metaverse, smart, algorithm-based & AI technology, hybrid working arrangements affecting the demand in commercial and residential real estate and more.

The winners of Huttons Innovation Challenge received their recognition from Minister Desmond Lee in the finale. The 1st prize winners are a team of undergrads from NUS Business School, Department of Real Estate who walked away with $25,000 cash for their idea in sustainability through ‘URL’; Utility, Reliability and Liveability. The first and second runner-ups both tackled potential solutions for developers to leverage on the metaverse to market physical residential properties.
To further solidify our Corporate Social Responsibility in August 2022, Huttons pledged to raise up to $150,000 towards the Garden City Fund’s Plant-A-Tree programme in support of the OneMillionTrees movement under NParks.

The support will contribute to Singapore’s transformation into a City in Nature, which is a key pillar under the Singapore Green Plan 2030.
We had our first major Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme in 2021 to commemorate Huttons 20th Anniversary. We started a charity drive and raised almost $120,000 for Children’s Cancer Foundation (CCF). Thereafter, we conduct monthly charity activities to spread cheer and contribute to our community sustainably.
