Convention 2020: Accelerating Digital Adaption at Huttons

Singapore: Today, Huttons Group announced several key initiatives for the company and salespersons’ future growth.
The Wealth Creation Pro+, a proprietary in-house app that enables salespersons to do calculations based on clients’ financial status and requirements efficiently, and aggregate most relevant projects for comparison within seconds. Time is saved from researching different portals through this automation. The 10 other calculators for Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR), Additional buyer’s stamp duty (ABSD) and more, further assist the salespersons in providing a seamless customer experience.
Another feature in the Huttons iPortal will facilitate salespersons’ completion of e-Customer Due Diligence checklists for fulfilling Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism obligations efficiently. These are in line with endeavours in the real estate industry to raise the level of professionalism and serve clients better under the Real Estate Industry Transformation Map.

The launch was witnessed by Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office and Secretary-General of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), Mr. Ng Chee Meng who graced Huttons Convention 2020 as guest-of-honour.

In addition, Huttons Group will complement their comprehensive training framework (basic foundation, marketing & sales skillsets, digital media and different real estate segments) through e-Learning and e-Tutorial so that salespersons are empowered to learn online anytime, anywhere.
Through e-Project Tour, salespersons can also access walk-through videos of new projects in the Huttons iPortal under Digital On Demand.
Last but not the least, salespersons can increase their online exposure and close more deals effectively through an exclusive partnership with Flat Monthly for rental listings, plus co-listings and cross posting to different property portals via SmartRealtor.
