Singapore: Today, Huttons Group announced several New Huttons initiatives for the company and salespersons’ sustainable business growth.
Mr Mark Yip, Chief Executive Officer of Huttons Asia said, “Transformation is now more vital than ever, and we have to keep reinventing ourselves. I am proud to announce these key initiatives for our future during our annual convention which was an integrated physical and virtual event to celebrate the excellent performance of our Champions.”
First, Huttons IT Blueprint unveils big plans for salespersons to work more efficiently and close more deals in 2021. The new future HMS will enable them to do online submissions for project and resale, and view individual and team performances. Huttons have also revamped Huttons iPortal APP UI and UX for easy navigation and greater efficiency. Salespersons can customise the dashboard based on their daily usage preference. They can showcase their own Digital Business Card with social media channels to connect quickly with their network and clients as well.
Second, salespersons can see their Digital ID for the next upcoming trainings or events that they have enrolled for with notifications.
Third, the Ultimate Project Search will be complemented with a new Ultimate Resale Search to enhance internal co-broking. Huttons will also be enhancing our current property calculators, and upgrading our website with an agent rating platform according to CEA guidelines in the coming months.
The launch was witnessed by Minister for National Development & Minister-in-charge of Social Services Integration, Mr Desmond Lee, who graced Huttons Convention 2021 as Guest-of-Honour.
Mr Lee said: “One major push that we have been undertaking in the real estate sector is digitalisation… I’m glad to see good progress on this front. Already, as part of the industry transformation map (ITM) work, several enablers have been developed.”
“As the Government, we will continue to support you as you seek to adapt, innovate and digitise,” said Mr Lee. “I am also happy to announce today that we are launching another form of support. This is the SMEs Go Digital Programme for the real estate agency industry. This programme will simplify the process for property agencies to “go digital”. IMDA will pre-approve sector-specific IT solutions that are scoped in the areas of managing documents, doing due diligence checks, and submitting transaction records. Funding support will be up to 80%,” Mr Lee further adds.
Next, the Millionaire Associate Program (MAP) is underway with new real estate salespersons (RES) undergoing structured courses that cover both soft and technical skills such as market and product knowledge, data analysis, communications, and digital marketing. This will be coupled with trainings to enhance productivity and sales performance for all salespersons. The MAP is aimed at fresh graduates and mid-career individuals who are new to the industry as Huttons wants to further support the nation and offer long-term opportunities to those who are keen to pursue a career in real estate.
New (RES) will be mentored by senior agency leaders who will impart knowledge and provide guidance for them to excel and grow in their new career. They will also be supported with a monthly transition package for one year to kickstart this fulfilling career. Interested candidates can contact any Huttons leader or via https://map.huttonsgroup.com to know more about the MAP.
Furthermore, with the inspiring formation of Millennial, this generation of leaders will engage and share experiences with other associates to propel their careers. They have committed their time to contribute new recruitment ideas and help communicate the Huttons’ brand to more youth.
“Last but not the least, there are numerous opportunities with existing and new projects, over 130 locally and 50 internationally. Our salespersons can look forward to about 20 new projects in 1H 2021. We will continue to strengthen our capabilities for sustainable business growth and to help them achieve their dreams. We are determined to empower our salespersons, so that they are prepared to take on a different world and serve clients even better,” Mark further commented.
