Developing Future-Ready Agents in Real Estate

Singapore: Today, Huttons Group announced several industry-first initiatives to empower salespersons to be Future-Ready Agents.

Under this theme, salespersons will be equipped with new effective tools and comprehensive training for leads generation and marketing, customer care, data analytics and compliance. The greatest emphasis is on digital capabilities to reduce business costs, increase sales opportunities and growing with customers’ different life stages.

As the situation evolves, we constantly engage our salespersons to adapt quickly to changing consumption patterns, landscape of real estate, and usage of new media. Our aim is to be Future-Ready Agents from marketing, consultation and portfolio management while managing the customer buying experience.”
The All New Game Changer
Two features released to Huttons salespersons last month in the Asset Progression & Preservation (APP) are the Ultimate Asset Calculator and Ultimate Email Marketing. Upcoming ones include WhatsApp Marketing and Customer Relationship Management.
The Ultimate Asset Calculator enables agents to serve clients with different needs across various property types and segments effectively. Furthermore, professional reports will be generated within seconds to enhance discussions.
“This game-changing tool is essential for every salesperson. Our salespersons can tailor and tackle various scenarios based on individual clients’ needs efficiently. The APP will take our professional service up another notch.” said Rex Tan, chairman of Huttons Agency Development Committee.
Salespersons can also reach out effortlessly for resale and project marketing with the Ultimate Email Marketing. They can leverage on quality EDMs done by Top Project Leaders & Projects or customised emails to their preference as well.
Deputy chairman of Huttons Agency Development Committee Andrew Boo said that, “Email marketing has always been important. Not only does it help us to stay connected with our clients, it is also a great way to convert cold leads into sales. This all-new emailing platform will enable our agents to send out professionally done EDMs in just a few clicks. This is indeed the APP for our salespersons to scale up their business today.”
Other initiatives launched include Ultimate Project Search, WhatsApp Instant Legal Advice, and a new Training framework which focuses on digital branding and marketing. Furthermore, Huttons Group has set aside more than $2 million for license renewal to help more salespersons tide over the current situation on top of the earlier announced $18 million Care Package. In total, more than $20 million are set aside for Huttons salespersons so that they can focus on their sales.
“Salespersons can learn and apply skills such as how to shoot a 360 virtual tour for their resale listings. This is in addition to Huttons’ 80+ project virtual tours and videos which they can personalise for branding, outreach and presentation. Leveraging on our market leadership with more than 100 local projects, Huttons will be providing our salespersons with the Ultimate Project Search where they can search and filter projects according to their customer’s needs in a matter of seconds.” Mr Goh added.
These were showcased during Huttons Congress 2020, together with setting the strategic market direction for second half of 2020, an Ask Me Anything session with Management Team, and National Day Celebration.
Huttons Training Programme is complemented by an e-Learning platform, Digital on Demand launched during the annual Convention in January 2020. This platform allows Huttons salespersons to learn anywhere, anytime. Topics cover different market segments, property trends and legal requirements.
