SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) – The Avenir, which comprises 376 freehold units, will launch for sale on Jan 11.
The residential project, located in District 9 in the River Valley enclave, occupies the site of the former Pacific Mansion that spans 129,648 sq ft.
Apartment sizes range from 527 sq ft for a one-bedroom unit, to 2,411 sq ft for a four-bedroom unit. Early-bird prices start from $2,930 psf for a one- to three-bedder, and $3,030 psf for a four-bedroom and four-bedder with family room.
The project is designed by Jean Francois Milou, founder of award-winning international architectural firm studioMilou, the architects behind National Gallery Singapore. It is jointly developed by Hong Leong Holdings, GuocoLand and Hong Realty.
The Avenir is within close proximity of Great World City shopping mall and pre-schools such as Eton House Pre-School and Odyssey The Global Pre-School. River Valley Primary School is within a 1km radius of the project.
The Avenir is slated for completion in August 2025. Its sales gallery is located at the junction of Upper Cross Street and Chin Swee Road.
