Demand is expected to be very strong when the flats are offered for sale. It is near to Macritchie Reservoir, close to a MRT station, near PIE and unblocked views towards the North and South. There are good schools and amenities in the vicinity like Novena, Bukit Timah, Balestier and Toa Payoh. The demand for PLH flats at Rochor gives an indication of Singaporeans’ desire to stay in a prime location.

If it is a PLH location, prices may start from $600,000. If it is not a PLH location, prices may start from $650,000.
