The Hillview Rise GLS is less than 10 minutes’ walk to Hillview MRT station and next to Hillview Community Club. The nearby Hillv2 offers a unique selection of retail and F&B options. The whole area is shaping up as a private residential enclave. There is no other competition in the Hillview area as Midwood is sold out. This may give the developer some pricing advantage.
