Slim Barracks Rise (Parcel A) attracted 10 bidders and a top bid of $320.1 million while Parcel B saw 10 bidders and a bid of $162.388 million.
The top bids for both sites are very close. The bunching of two sites in the same area for sale, rising construction costs and the Evergrande contagion appear to have tempered bids for the two sites.
Nevertheless the strong turnout for the tenders showed that developers are on the hunt for land but are mindful to keep eventual prices affordable for buyers.
