Leedon Green’s design plays with leveling and terracing, taking inspiration from the sloped terrain of the site.

Purchased by a joint venture between leading residential developer MCL Land, a Hongkong Land company and mainboard-listed Yanlord Land Group Limited, the former Tulip Garden was sold for $906.9 million in April 2018 on its fourth attempt at a collective sale. This makes it the second biggest collective sale of that year. The much-anticipated new freehold development, Leedon Green will be sitting on a massive land size in the vicinity, marking the area’s largest residential launch.

Occupying an extensive freehold site area of 326,764 sq ft in prime District 10, Leedon Green will comprise 638 units in seven evenly-spaced blocks of 12 storeys each. At the development, one- to four-bedroom units will be available. Furthermore, only five of the exclusive four-bedroom duplex Garden Villa units are up for sale. They range from 2,400 sq ft to 2,680 sq ft.

For both the discerning homeowners and savvy investors, there is something for everyone.

The freehold Leedon Green will have the coveted Leedon Heights address and is situated near the Leedon Park and Holland Park Good Class Bungalow areas.

The luxurious units at Leedon Green are generous with space.

The new development will be accessible via the main entrance at Leedon Heights and a secondary entrance at Holland Road. The dual entrances are an added convenience for residents and provide shortcuts to any destination. This comes specially with Leedon Green’s excellent connectivity to Farrer Road, Bukit Timah Road and major highways.

Notably, Leedon Green is within close proximity to reputable schools. The development is a short 5-minute drive to Nanyang Kindergarten, St James Kindergarten and Nanyang Primary School. Other educational institutions like Hwa Chong Institution, Nanyang Girls’ High School and National Junior College are nearby.

Moreover, the hip Dempsey Hill is less than a 10-minute drive away. A well-loved one-stop lifestyle destination, it can be appreciated on a lazy weekend with a variety of enjoyable brunch places, namely P.S. Cafe at Harding and COMO Dempsey. Lined with gourmet grocers, art galleries and antique shops, this charming enclave has something for everyone. Dover Street Market has its only Singapore retail outlet there.

For nature lovers, the Singapore Botanical Gardens, Singapore’s first Unesco World Heritage Site, is a short 6-minute drive away. With a great diversity of tropical flora, the verdant landscape will also provide a stunning backdrop for fitness enthusiasts during their morning and evening runs.

For the insatiable shopaholics, the Orchard Road shopping belt can be reached by car in less than 14 minutes, while PMEBs (professionals, managers, executives, businessmen) will see that the CBD is less than a 15-minute drive away. When completed, the bus stop on Farrer Road will be right at the doorstep and will be accessible via a side gate. Also, Farrer Road MRT Station on the Circle Line is a short 8-minute walk away.

Conceptualised by DCA Architects with EcoPlan Asia as the landscape architect, Leedon Green’s design plays with leveling and terracing, taking inspiration from the sloped terrain of the site. Just like how the undulating terraces at Machu Picchu in Peru meander, the landscape of Leedon Green will incorporate the surrounding greenery to maximize outdoor space.

Embrace resort living and enter a state of relaxation when staying at Leedon Green.

Sprawling with lawns, the development is covered in lush, verdant landscaping reminiscent of a tropical resort. On arrival, the expanse of reflecting pools opens out to a series of private pavilions and gardens hidden in small pockets which provides a pleasant surprise when you encounter them.

Over the generous grounds, the residences are not only integrated into the terracing but are also spread out and strategically orientated. At Leedon Green, nature blends in seamlessly and the views of the city skyline will delight residents.

In this uplifting environment, Leedon Green is filled with life, an intricately crafted sanctuary for you to relax.

All three- and four-bedroom units will be provided with marble at the living and dining areas. Concealed ducted air conditioners will be in the living, dining and master bedrooms.
