Bukit Sembawang Estates will preview its 999-year leasehold Luxus Hills (Signature Collection) on Friday, Aug 30. The landed homes are located within the Seletar Hills Estate, and 32 out of 78 homes in the first phase will be released for sale during the preview.
The homes are designed by RSP Architects. This phase comprises 58 intermediate terraces, 10 corner terraces and 10 semi-detached houses. The land areas of the homes range from 1,615 to 2,949 sq ft, while the built-up areas are from 3,541 to 3,810 sq ft. Absolute prices range from $3.06 million to $4.2 million. Average psf prices based on land area range from $1,800 to $1,900.

The four-storey landed homes come with five bedrooms each, of which four are en suite. Built for multi-generational living, each home comes with a double-volume ceiling with skylights, wide balconies, rooftop gardens and open terraces.
“Landed homes are becoming increasingly rare in land-scare Singapore, accounting for just 5% of Singapore’s housing stock,” says Jenny Ho, general manager of marketing at Bukit Sembawang Estates.

Following the launch of this phase, Bukit Sembawang will release another 39 homes at Luxus Hills next year. Thereafter, the developer will focus on developing its 99-year land parcels.
