SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) – Local developer Macly Group will preview a mixed development in Telok Kurau on March 7. Named Tedge, short for “Telok Kurau Edge”, the freehold development will have 42 residential and four commercial units, and is inspired by minimalist and zen living.

This theme will be reflected in the interior design of the two- to four-bedroom residential units, which will be furnished with blond wood carpentry. The units will be on levels 2 to 5, while 13 penthouses will sit on level 6, and come with airy, skylit bathrooms.
The units are estimated to be priced from $1,500 psf. Two-bedroom units will start from $1.26 million, three-bedroom from $1.37 million and four-bedroom from $1.67 million. The 13 penthouses will start from $1.44 million each. For comparison, the latest transactions of freehold private apartments in District 14 have been at over $1,800 psf.

Green landscaping will be a major feature of Tedge’s architectural facade, and there will be a rooftop pool, a gym, and a teppanyaki grill for residential use.
On the ground floor, four commercial units will face Changi Road, two of which will be for F&B businesses.
The property is eight minutes from Kembangan MRT Station or 12 minutes from Eunos MRT Station on foot. Changi Road is also a major node where many buses ply. For drivers, the PIE entrance at Jalan Eunos is only 1.3 km away.
The property is slated for TOP in the fourth quarter of 2022. The sales gallery for Tedge is situated along Still Road and will open on Feb 29. There will be a launch discount of 10% and a preview discount of 5%.
