What a fantastic year it has been for the real estate market since our post for new condominiums with units under $1 million in March 2020. 

Though Singapore’s new home sales (excluding ECs) in February fell as developers held back on launches, coinciding with the Chinese New Period, upcoming months look really exciting. Projects expected to launch from April to June including Provence Residences, One Bernam, One-North Eden, Irwell Hill Residences, Peak Residences, Grange 1866, Perfect 10, Cairnhill 16, Klimt Cairnhill, Pollen Collection, LIV @ MB, Pasir Ris 8, and a strata-landed development at Belgravia Drive.
