On Friday, 7 February, our Ministry of Health, Singapore announced a raise in the Disease Outbreak Response System Condition or more commonly known as DORSCON to orange level. As such, safety measures have since been stepped in the showflats; like temperature screening, recording travel history declarations and ramping up cleaning frequencies.
If you are making your way down to any showflat during this period, we hope that you can be patient with the safety measures in placed so as to keep you and your loved ones protected.
So, why did thousands of people head down to the show flats over the weekend? Let’s take a look at these 3 new projects!

We know you love property as much as us, but here are 3 things to look out for before heading down though:
1. Only visit the showflats if you are well
Be socially responsible, wear a mask and seek medical attention if you are sick. Do not head out if you are unwell, do so only when you’ve recovered.
2. Keeping up with hygiene practices.
Practice frequent hand-washing with soap, or cleansing with hand sanitiser if soap and water are not available.
3. Monitor your health if you return from a foreign country.
Do monitor your health for up to 14 days upon returning from an overseas trip and adhere to current travel regulations.
