Singapore: Today, Huttons Group announced strategic growth plans as Singapore’s Largest Private Real Estate Agency and several new technological and training initiatives for their associates to enhance professionalism.

The launch was witnessed by Minister for Education, Mr Chan Chun Sing, who graced Huttons Convention 2023 as Guest-of-Honour.

Mr Mark Yip, Chief Executive Officer of Huttons Group said, “For the first time ever, Huttons had more than 5,000 salespersons registered with the Council for Estate Agencies since 16 February 2023. The collective efforts of everyone in Huttons coming together to do good for the community has propelled our growth for the past two years to become Singapore’s Largest Private Real Estate Agency.

In August 2022, Huttons pledged to raise up to $150,000 towards Singapore’s OneMillionTrees movement under NParks. The funds raised for the Garden City Fund’s Plant-A-Tree programme will support the transformation of Singapore into a city in nature.

It is with great pleasure that we announce the attendance of Mr. Tan Kiat How, Senior Minister of State for Ministry of Communications and Information and the Ministry of National Development, at our upcoming tree-planting session at Pasir Ris Park in June, where he will be joining Huttons management, associates, and family members. We will ensure our continuous commitment to corporate social responsibility for the wider community.”

Huttons will also be launching Real Insights. This kit presents vital information and the impact of key events on the property market. It will enable associates to handle presentations and negotiations using data and facts objectively. It also identifies the right time to enter and exit the market for their clients.

Internally, Huttons will continue to embrace digital transformation by launching new features to further enhance associates’ productivity and efficiency. The app Analyzer 2.0 will provide a holistic view of property trend analysis by incorporating major world and local events under the Trend feature. Associates will have latest insights of property performance using various indicators in Trend graphs. This increases their professionalism by providing information on profitable and non-profitable transactions to clients in Presenter view.

A New Transactions System will help to streamline transaction processes with digitalised CEA forms, e-CDD, AML checks and documents submission. Comprehensive insights of business performance and reports are now available, enabling them to access vital data and strategically plan for future growth.

Mr Yip adds, “Our New Corporate Website has been revamped to enhance user experience, allowing consumers to easily search for their new dream home or investment property. They are further empowered with easy navigation on the latest news, project launches, events, and market reports.”
For associates, there will be a complete integration with Huttons internal systems and apps for publishing property listings. New microsites for all Huttons associates will empower them to raise personal branding and generate leads too. Huttons will keep the transformation and innovation going to ensure the latest technology and keep up with the ever-changing market.
