Prices for Life Asoke Rama 9 have not yet been released but are expected to be very competitive indeed for a luxury building of this type, in this location, and to range from about THB3,250,000(HK$767,000, SG$132,700, US$98,000, GBP75,700, Euro81,500) for a high floor Studio type. Expect rental yields of around 6% when Life Asoke Rama 9 is completed in 2021, and capital growth of 8% p.a. during the construction period.

The Common Area Management fee for Life Asoke Rama 9 will be THB50 per M2 per month. This means a small studio will cost approx. THB1,250 in management fees, payable 1-year in advance upon building completition. There is a one-off charge for the building Sinking Fund of THB500 per M2 (approx. THB12,500 for a small studio) plus a 1% Transfer Fee (approx. THB32,500 for a small studio), also payable upon building completion. There are no other fees or charges payable.

Payment terms for Life Asoke Rama 9 are as follows: a booking fee of S$2,000 is required, followed by a contract fee of 15% due within two weeks of booking. The remaining 85% will be due upon completion, in 2021.
