He is extremely prompt in providing updates on the properties I am interested in and he will also inform me of the other developments within that same area that may also suit my needs. Whenever he is busy with meetings or other clients, he makes the effort to send a quick holding message. Once he is available, he will patiently address all my questions and concerns. What stands out most is his dedication - whenever he is unsure about something, he will take the initiative to find out before advising the accurate information, which gives me great confidence throughout the process.
