I appointed Gladys to market my unit at Braddell View when the HDB BTO construction began right in front of my home. Knowing the project would take at least four years, with inevitable noise, dust, and inconvenience, I needed someone who truly understood the situation. Gladys, having been a long time resident of Braddell View, knew the estate and its surroundings inside out. My walk up apartment on the 4th floor was not the easiest to sell, especially with ongoing construction, but Gladys rose to the challenge. She put in tremendous effort; printing and distributing flyers in nearby estates, creating a professional video for social media, and advertising on multiple online platforms. Her deep knowledge of Braddell View and its investment value impressed many prospective buyers who came for viewings. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, the sale process was handled smoothly despite the challenges. I would not hesitate to appoint her again for my future property needs.

I initially reached out to Vivian to help me find a HDB in the Marine Parade area. I then engaged her to also sell my private property as I thought it would be easier for 1 person to manage both. I was very impressed by her professionalism, dedication and willingness to consult and take on board my views and concerns. She did an amazing job creating a video to showcase my apartment and that was probably the clincher cos in about 2 weeks from her posting the video I got a serious offer. She helped me nego a better price and I was grateful to her for convincing the other party to settle on the higher price. All in all I had a great experience working with Vivian and I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.
