When I came to Singapore on a 6-month work holiday visa, I had no idea how to navigate the rental market here. After facing scams and other issues trying to find housing on my own, I found Gilad (and it was the BEST thing ever!). From the moment we met, he was incredibly kind and put me at ease about finding housing in an abnormal situation (very low budget for Singapore’s prices, plus short term stay needed). However, he found me plenty of options that fit my needs, and within 48 hours I had my new home! Gilad was great at advocating for me while touring different properties, asking smart questions I wouldn’t even think of, and handling all of the paperwork and logistics to make sure the experience was stress free. Even after I moved in, he continued checking in on me to make sure I was actually comfortable and really enjoying the place. I’ve left Singapore now, and still recommend him to others I’ve met searching for housing. If you are nervous about finding your next accommodation in Singapore, don’t be. I approached YK with an intent to purchase a property as a first time homeowner, and was really impressed with his attention to detail and knowledge of the entire process. He took the time to carefully and patiently understand my needs, budget, potential entry and exit strategies, which was extremely reassuring for a first time owner. Following the discussions, he was proactive with looking for listings and new launches that would check my boxes, and often went the extra mile to ensure that viewings went smooth. We eventually secured a new launch thanks to his hard work, and even after that, he ensured that administrative work like payment schedules and loan applications were promptly updated and next steps were clear.
