Lucy is an excellent agent. We've dealt for 4 years, and I can attest she plays a completely different game. An outstanding realtor. Very professional, knowledgeable, polite, responsive and just. Many characteristics one doesn't come across often in this space. Even with her representing the Landlord, we have had a total of zero issues with her in the course of these 4 years, from contract negotiation, to renewal, several house works (big or small) to returning of premises following the end of tenancy. Our experience with Lucy has been stellar, and would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Fortunate to have Sonny and his team in assisting me to market and sell my flat, every process went smoothly from discussion on timing to market/advertise all the way through to completion of sale. Reminders of what documents to prepare, what to download or sign-off at HDB website etc come timely without rush and I am always kept posted status of the house sale. From arranging of prospective buyers' viewing to HDB inspection prior to sale, I am always being accompanied by Sonny and his team, never have to do it single-handedly. When we wanted to get a property in Bishan, we were introduced to Thomas Hee as the King of Bishan. We were surprised that our friend, who was also an agent, would rather let him help us saying that he was the best agent for the job. My mom and myself are getting a house in Bishan each. So that is 2 deals, but she simply said to us we are in good hands. Thomas did really live up to his expectation. From the point of meet up, he painstakingly explain the entire purchase process to us, drawing on a piece of paper to make sure we both understand. Whatever we could not understand he was patient to repeat. For the house that my mom liked, he managed to scoop a great deal, below the average selling house price for a 4 room in Bishan - this was very impressive. Despite going viewing several times, Thomas did not complain and in fact told us to take our time to think through carefully before making a decision. As for my house, it was straightforward and easy - as after buying my mom's house, we already knew how Thomas will select the houses for us, and negotiate the prices for us. Now, I can say, Thomas is the best
