Michael is a very professional agent. He check with my requirements and plan, and provide insights to the market sentiment. On day of viewing, he will arrive early and make sure everything is good before the tenant arrives. His tone to negotiate is not pushy but convincing enough to close. He will scan the prospects and recommend only those good ones. So far, I faced no issue with the tenant. I met Xavier during a walk-in showflat viewing as my partner and I wanted to purchase our first home and find out more about new projects in the West. Xavier was detailed in explaining the project and the surroundings/future plans for the area, and also went further to bring us to another viewing for a nearby project. After more viewings and financial calculations which Xavier walked us through, we ultimately went in a different direction to go for a resale unit instead. Xavier was more than willing to help us arrange for viewings (second viewings as well) and provide advice on the pros and cons of the various units we had shortlisted. In the end, we found a resale unit we liked and Xavier was able to help us obtain a better price than we were originally prepared to pay. All in all, Xavier was very helpful and professional and I am very thankful to have met him that fateful day when we walked into a showflat for the first time.
