Carrie however understood, this doesn't require a hardsell hence she filtered the interested parties and only those interested in PES units were invited to view. This still took a year over, Carrie was patient as I am also always not in the country to allow for viewings ; finally Carrie's hardwork prevailed with an offer i couldn't refuse.
