Claudia has excellent soft skills and knowledge in assisting us to purchase our first HDB resale unit in a mature estate in this chaotic market below our budget. She is very understanding towards our hectic work schedule and proactive to arrange good units for us to view even on a short notice. We appreciate James Yio much for helping us out very well as our last tenancy contract was ending. He advised us quite satisfactorily on what needed to be done to either renew the contract or set up a new one, and on our expectations. He also took on his own initiative to help us with some handyman work to touch up our unit for it to be more attractive to potential tenants. Eventually, he helped us establish a near two-year tenancy contract which we are quite grateful for. Very good work overall from him.
