A B2 industrial building at Pandan Loop is up for sale via an expression of interest (EOI) exercise at a guide price of $45 million.
The 5-storey property currently has 25 cold rooms. Level 1 to 5 are fully configured for chiller usage while level 1,2 and 5 feature dual function capabilities as both chiller and freezer, offering highly versatile cold chain configurations. The freezers within the property can go as low as -30 degrees.
The land size is approximately 70,323 sq ft while the build-up is approximately 175,308 sq ft. The standalone building has a wide frontage of approximately 62 metres along Pandan Loop.
Jeremy Lim, Chief Advisory District Director at Huttons Asia, notes that this B2 industrial building has a total of 16 loading bays, of which 14 of them are designed for 40-foot containers and the remaining for 20-foot containers alongside with 5 cargo lifts. The ceiling height of each level is approximately 11.4m tall. “The building underwent major construction and improvement in 2015 making it one of the buildings with the highest specifications in the area,” he says.
