Karen is a highly dedicated, hardworking and professional property agent. She worked tirelessly for about 8 months, consistently marketing my house and bringing numerous potential buyers for viewing. During every viewing, she took the initiative to highlight the many strengths of my property, including its excellent ventilation, high ceilings, quality fittings, well-maintained condition and the extension works on level 2. She was also very creative in helping buyers to visualise the potential of the houe, such as suggesting that the storeroom could be converted into a study room. One particular buyer was concerned about whether a toilet could be constructed on level 2. Rather than giving a speculative answer, Karen arranged for a contractor cum engineer to assess the property. After confirming that it was indeed feasible, this gave the buyer the confidence to proceed with the purchase. I strongly believe this played a key role in securing the sale.
