I must admit I was simply taking a chance and praying hard to get a good one, because my house had been left unsold for the past 1–2 months. My prayers came true — I truly found an outstanding agent. Honestly, giving him 5 stars is not enough. He was extremely efficient. He managed to make time to meet my husband and me on the very same day I contacted him. He came over to our place, patiently explained everything about selling and buying, and guided us clearly. The very next day, he came again to take photos of our house and listed it online. Amazingly, our house was sold within just 8 days — and at our asking price! On top of that, Darren was very thoughtful when it came to house viewings. I have a handicapped father who is 100% dependent, and Darren always took him into consideration. He made sure the viewings would not disturb my dad’s routine. This was such a considerate act from an agent — not because my dad’s presence would affect the sale in any way, but simply because Darren genuinely did not want others to inconvenience him. That touched us deeply. Throughout the process, Darren was thoughtful, responsive, and meticulous in everything he did. He would remind us of things we needed to prepare, and when deadlines drew near, he reminded us again to make sure nothing was missed. Whenever we messaged him, his replies were always fast and reassuring. With him around, the entire process was smooth like silk — something I never imagined possible. My husband and I highly recommend Darren to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy property agent. We are truly grateful to him!

CEA No.: R043209EMy experience with Cynthia, the buyer’s agent I dealt with, was deeply disappointing due to her unprofessionalism, lack of responsiveness, and poor communication skills. Instead of acting as an effective intermediary, she merely relayed messages from the seller without adding clarity or context. Cynthia failed to educate the seller on proper processes or represent their position in a way that was clear and understandable to us. Her inadequate communication led to significant friction and avoidable conflicts between me and the seller, which could have been prevented with basic competence in her role as a communicator. It was evident that the sellers were reasonable, but Cynthia’s ineffective handling of the situation severely strained our interactions, raising red flags and generating numerous complaints. When I expressed frustration or sought clarification about her relayed messages, Cynthia often disappeared, ignoring my messages entirely. This left me uncertain about critical details, such as whether the handover would occur on time, causing significant stress and concern. Her lack of accountability and responsiveness made her an unreliable agent. Overall, working with Cynthia was a frustrating experience, and I strongly urge her agency to provide proper training to ensure she understands and fulfills her responsibilities. I sincerely hope future clients are spared the challenges I faced due to her poor performance.
