It was truly by coincidence and chance that we got Mei as our agent. Right for the beginning, Mei was very helpful and friendly, she demonstrated much of her knowledge through her sharing. She puts us at ease and made the process easy and uncomplicated. Despite some difficulties in the beginning, she didn't give up and remain optimistic, held open conversations, and even protected our interest when we meet some interested buyers that tried to push the selling price down. She confidently told us not to budge and negotiate at the selling price we wanted. Aftewhich, she followed up very promptly and assisted through the entire selling process meticulously between HDB, us and the new owners. Thanks to her, we didn't experience any hiccups. We are very happy with her service and would highly recommend her to anyone considering her as an agent.
