I had a very positive experience working with Sarah. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but Sarah made the entire process feel much more manageable. She was professional, responsive, very knowledgeable about the property market and the financing aspect of buying a home. Throughout the process, she was patient and took the time to understand my needs without being pushy and assisted to survey the estate demographics together. I appreciated her honesty as she would make the effort to find out information regarding my enquiries and get back to me. She would also remind and follow up with me with the various deadline to meet. Hence, she portrayed clear communication and dedication that made the entire journey much smoother and less stressful. Therefore, I was able to make a confident decision and managed to secure a home that fits my needs within my budget. Teresa had been extremely meticulous and patient with us while we went through many viewings with her before we found our ideal home. Viewings were well structured each time to minimize travelling. She took the initiative to help us take photos of the space and ask the agents/owners important questions while we focused on viewing the flat. After each viewing, she summarized what we had discussed about what we liked or didn't like and important info about each unit and noted it down so we could refer back again. She liasied well with the seller and their agent whenever we had requests to put forward too. We never missed important deadlines too, thanks to all her timely reminders. Teresa eventually negotiated a very good price for us too, with zero COV. As first time resale flat buyers, we were very thankful to have Teresa walk every step of the way with us!
