Jonathan is professional and a great help in my purchasing journey. He recommended me units, engaged the seller for me and also walked me though the entire process. Thoughout, he is detailed, helpful and always available when I have enquiries and want to make decisions. The process is really smooth because he keep contacting me such as reminding me on necessary steps near deadline because I was really too busy to mind the matters, as well as being a good a advisor on which flats are good for me etc etc.

(Cross-posted in PropertyGuru) I’ve lived in several cities across different countries, but this is my first time working in Singapore. The housing market here, which heavily favors landlords, was a significant culture shock for me. Even as someone fluent in both Chinese and English, I can’t imagine how overwhelming it would be for a newcomer to navigate this alone. Many listings are in poor condition yet still command high prices. Landlord agents often show little regard for you as someone trying to find a place to settle down, nor do they seem concerned about the condition of the property. Laurence, however, was exceptionally hardworking and thoughtful throughout the process. Despite several obstacles, she guided us through everything with care and dedication. I highly recommend her services, and I’m confident you’ll feel the same if you choose her.

Before signing of the lease, Ian is very aligned to my rental requirements and is also motivated to find the most suitable and ideal rental place for me. He also acts in my best interest and helped negotiated a price point that was below my expected rental rate. Knowing that I am not good with directions, he even gave me clear instructions with images to get to my new place from the nearest landmark. After signing of lease, he went to check every corner of the unit with me to ensure that everything is in good order. My concerns were dealt with seaminglessly as he coordinated with the landlord agent on my behalf efficiently. When there was an unexpected heater and leak issue that needed immediate attention, Ian swiftly returned to the unit to access the situation. After coordinating the arrival of the repair man for the fix, he also checked in frequently on the status and gave plenty of assurance and apologies that it will be completed soon. Overall, Ian is a knowledgeable and reliable agent whose professional service I am very satisfied with, and would strongly recommend him to others.
