Ben was like a friend more than an agent. He always listened and clarified all our questions patiently. Our house was sold within 1 viewing with 9 groups of viewers where we had 3 offers at our asking price. The house was modestly renovated so we believe that Ben played a big part in the marketing of our house to get us our asking price with 3 months extension. When it came to buying our future home, Ben was with us for every single viewing no matter what day and time. It didn’t help that my husband had limited timings too due to his work. We viewed a total of 9 houses over close to a month with a 2nd viewing to 1 house and Ben was always with us. He was always ready to help us secure viewing at the earliest the moment we express interest. We are really grateful for his friendship during this important journey in our lives which we can look back on fondly now because we had a wonderful experience with Ben.
