My friend recommended Shah’s profile on IG and I was following him for some time before I decided to drop a message to him. From then on, his replies were very prompt. Shah scheduled a zoom session with my husband and I along with Yani. Shah and Yani were easy going so my husband and I were already comfortable with them from that first zoom session where they get to know us and listened to our needs. I feel that they really understood what kind of home we were looking for because we did find it with their help. Additionally we didn’t have to pay any COV which was another great news for us. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Shah and Yani. Their response throughout the journey has always been prompt and very professional. Any doubts we had, they were able to reassure us with answers. They will always follow up with us and update us accordingly. It’s been a few months since we moved to our new home and we have been so grateful that we found this home. It was a pleasure having Justin help me find my new home. Beyond his approachable nature, Justin is very dedicated with his follow ups and was prepared to manage any messy problems that may unfortunately crop up. Even after the sale had closed and his commission assured, Justin continued to help me with the matters related to my new home. There was no obligation on his part to continue to support me, however he took significant time off from his busy schedule to attend to matters related to my new purchase.
