We first engaged a very famous agent and was extremely let down, disappointed and angry at that particular agent for his lack of communication, dedication and professionalism albeit a very famous agent. KL was extremely professional in how he conducted himself, his attention to details, recommendations and appointment timings. We were extremely impressed by all the above especially having taking the extra mile to ensure all our enquiries are attended to. He also displayed a very good attitude in interacting with us and sharing of his own experiences to advice us of things we need to take note of especially since this is the 2 time we bought/sold a house. The interaction with KL from meeting him from the first time right down to the hdb appointment has been nothing short of a breeze.
