Teresa had been extremely meticulous and patient with us while we went through many viewings with her before we found our ideal home. Viewings were well structured each time to minimize travelling. She took the initiative to help us take photos of the space and ask the agents/owners important questions while we focused on viewing the flat. After each viewing, she summarized what we had discussed about what we liked or didn't like and important info about each unit and noted it down so we could refer back again. She liasied well with the seller and their agent whenever we had requests to put forward too. We never missed important deadlines too, thanks to all her timely reminders. Teresa eventually negotiated a very good price for us too, with zero COV. As first time resale flat buyers, we were very thankful to have Teresa walk every step of the way with us!
