After few chat exchanges to gather my family's requirements, we had a quick call before Chloe fixed an appointment for viewing at the show flat on the same day. After the viewing, Chloe was swift in providing us with details of several recommended projects. She also arranged for a meeting at my home to run through the list with my family on the weekend. Prior to the meeting, Chloe obtained some vital data from my family. As that was the first time my family exploring condo projects, the meeting, Chloe and Mr. Dave Choy provided us with some holistic perspective of options based on my family's vital information and requirements. It was an eye-opening experience for my family. After some discussion, One Marina Gardens ("OMG") was shortlisted as our first priority to view. After viewing at the show flat on the following afternoon, we had a lengthy discussion before confirming our purchase on the same evening. The experience and professionalism of Chloe and her team made it a very straightforward and pleasant experience for my family in buying our first condo.
