To add on, he has a can-do will-do attitude which puts my mind at ease during the sale. Although the timeline is a little long due to the fact that the unit and development was not that popular, he managed to work things out. He is super patience in explaining everything and is not pushy at all like other agent that I have encountered. He is like a friend willing to lend an extra hand when we are lost at the point that we are unsure if we have the ability to upgrade. Terence sat down with us to go through the pros and cons and help us do calculation, he let us have time to discuss and think, did not even push us to make a decision. He even go extra miles to even pick us up and send us back on our viewing, bring us to view a lot of properties and even tell us not to rush and it’s ok to see all and decide on one that really meet our needs. Buying & selling is a long and tedious process but Terence draft all the timeline and manage our expectation very well. He will constantly remind us on what is the next action we need to do and even plan the timeline so well so that we will not have any hiccups with our buying of new property.
