CEA No.: R064647ZEvelyn came highly recommended by a friend when I set about looking for a place to rent on short notice. She is very approachable, supportive and professional. As a first time renter, this was a great source of confidence for me as I navigated the process. Because of the short notice and the tight rental market at the time things did get a little rough, but Evelyn was still able to contribute time over the weekends to help. Additionally she managed to secure the assistance of another colleague SuYen to help with my case, and I would like to also give the latter a shout-out for her invaluable assistance to the both of us. Both Evelyn and SuYen are greatly appreciated for their efforts. Finally Evelyn continues to assist with the ancillary services after the signing of the lease, acting as an intermediary between myself and the landlord’s agent. She had made good recommendations for services like air conditioning services and moving services. For this too, I am grateful.

CEA No.: R058027BFirstly, quite a number of viewings had to be done on our own as the agent had other meetings or viewings to attend to. This makes us feel that our house is not much of a priority to them. The buyer who bought our house was the one whose viewing was done by us alone without our agent present. Which is technically our hard work. Secondly, our agent was not as proactive on keeping us updated about the viewings that had been done and will update us only when prompted. Lastly, they were not present with us during our completion date to ensure that there were no hiccups and in case we need any help which we did. There was a huge problem that arose during our completion date due to the buyer side which led to a delay of the completion date. We understand that due to the covid rule, agents are not allowed to accompany clients in but there were many other agents waiting outside for their clients. We had hopes that the transaction and our first experience selling our house will be a pleasant and smooth one but we were utterly disappointed at the lack lustre service. There wasn't any form of acknowledgement from the agents when we have made the payment for their commission and send a screenshot of it via whatsapp eventhough they have read it. I am aware that Huttons is a reputable company with alot of capable agents and we were recommeneded to Keizer and Jacqueline by Quek Fu Jin which turns out to be a huge disappointment.
