This is the last plot of land for private residential development in the popular Holland Village enclave. The neighbouring parcel will be launched as a BTO project in June 2024.
It is right next to the One Holland Village mixed-use development and minutes’ walk to Holland Village MRT station. It may be within 1km of the popular Henry Park Primary School.
It may be developed into a project exceeding 30 storeys thus offering residents unblocked views over the GCB areas.
However the large site with more than 600,000 sq ft of gross floor area will translate to a large quantum and will likely attract consortiums.
The top bid may be between $846 million and $909 million, translating to $1,350 to $1,450 psf ppr.
