Huttons x OneMillionTrees Sustainability Walk 2024

As Singapore’s largest private real estate agency, Huttons is one of the key players in the built environment industry. Huttons strongly believes in sustainable development and greening our environment to help the nation achieve its long-term net zero emissions aspirations by 2050.

Huttons has also been supporting National Parks Board’s (NParks’) OneMillionTrees movement since August 2022 and raised more than $40,000 for the Plant-A-Tree programme under Garden City Fund, a registered charity and IPC, established by NParks. This year, the effort is expanded externally through the inaugural Huttons x OneMillionTrees Sustainability Walk.

Huttons hopes through this event to bring more people together to appreciate our local parks, plant trees to support Singapore’s transformation into a City in Nature, a key pillar under the Singapore Green Plan 2030, and at the same time, encourage an active and healthy lifestyle.

The launch of this new initiative was witnessed by Ms Indranee Rajah, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office, Second Minister for Finance and National Development, who was the Guest-of-Honour at Huttons Gala Awards which was held on 8 April 2024 at Marina Bay Sands, Sands Grand Ballroom.

Mr Mark Yip, Chief Executive Officer of Huttons Group said, “The theme for this year Gala Awards is Driven by Dreams. While we chase our dreams, we strongly encourage everyone to lead an active and healthy lifestyle! Being a part of the Huttons family is not all real estate work; there are plenty of corporate welfare collaborations with other brands, sports activities, and community engagement events are planned throughout the year.”
